As a nonprofit CEO with more than 30 years of leadership experience, Kim Williams knows how difficult it is to lead an established multi-million dollar organization during periods of change. Not did she take on the help of a struggling 26 year old organization as a 38 year old outsider. She has successfully led through significant funding loss that she inherited and subsequent downsizing, staff issues, public relations issues, and board challenges in her first three years and went on to transform her organization to an award-winning outcomes and impact leader of her region while raising over 50 million dollars, completing a capital campaign, and establishing an endowment. Today, Kimberly is a two-time finalist for CEO of the year and her organization was recently named a finalist for DCEO's Organization of the Year.
