As a nonprofit CEO with more than 25 years of leadership experience, Kim Williams knows how difficult it is to lead a nonprofit organization during periods of change. She has successfully led through all types of challenges including sudden funding loss, downsizing, staff issues, public relations issues, and board challenges. Yet, Kimberly managed to transform her organization to the outcomes and impact leader of her region while raising over 50 million dollars and completing a capital campaign in the process. Today, Kimberly is a two-time finalist for CEO of the year and her organization was recently named a finalist for DCEO's Organization of the Year.
